How do I restore the Optional Foundation Pack?
Open the in-app shop or Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase and has an internet connection. Pixel Wonders never asks for your Apple Account password.
My purchased pack is not available.
Check your connection, confirm you are signed into the correct Apple Account, then use Restore Purchases. Family Sharing availability is determined by Apple. If access is still missing, include your iOS version and app version in a support email—do not send payment-card details or your Apple Account password.
Can I erase my progress?
Yes. Open Settings → Clear All Progress. This deletes local level records, badges, and streak information. The action cannot be undone. App Store purchase history and Game Center data are managed separately by Apple.
Does the game need an internet connection?
Core painting, Nonogram, collection, and knowledge features work offline. A connection is required for App Store purchases, restoring purchases, and Game Center authentication or achievement reporting.
What accessibility options are available?
Pixel Wonders supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast, reduced flashing, color-vision support, larger touch targets, answer-number assistance, and an accessible paint-only exploration path. Options can be changed in the app’s Settings and relevant iOS settings.
What should I include in a bug report?
Describe what you expected, what happened, and the steps that caused it. Include the Pixel Wonders version, iOS version, and iPhone model if possible. Screenshots are useful, but remove notifications or other personal information first.
How is my information handled?
Gameplay progress is stored locally. Pixel Wonders has no ads, behavioral analytics, or developer-operated backend. Apple handles Game Center and App Store purchase information. Read the Privacy Policy or the visual Data Practices inventory.
